Why QA CONSULTANCY
The quality department is the beating heart of an organization. All processes come together. Procedures have been established and are followed. There is overview.
That is not always the reality. The department has to deal with a high workload, files are piling up. Employees do not see the point of a procedure and choose another way in which the work can be done. Speed and convenience win out over following procedures. That goes well for a while. But often even more backlog and chaos ensues afterwards. Employees do not know where they stand, communication processes run smoothly or no longer at all. The organization still works, but loses a lot of energy and expressiveness. Internally and externally.
Bringing order to chaos, that's what I love to do. Empowering people is what I love.
